April 1995 Established AIM CIC, a contracting business company.
July 1996 Reorganized AIM CIC as NIHON AIM Co., Ltd.
December 2003 NIHON AIM Co., Ltd. went public on the JASDAQ exchange.
April 2006 NIHON AIM Co., Ltd. made ARTISTA Co., Ltd. its subsidiary to break into the semiconductor device design business.
March 2007 NIHON AIM Co., Ltd. established a subsidiary, Fine Stage Co., Ltd., to enter the outsourcing business in the industry of manufacturing parts for electronic devices.
April 2007 NIHON AIM Co., Ltd. and Apex Inc. jointly executed an equity transfer and established UT Holdings Co., Ltd., a 100% holding company.
June 2008 Relocated the head office to Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
January 2009 Changed the company name to UT Holdings Co., Ltd.
November 2009 Sold all the stocks of Apex Inc. to Hattoku Co., Ltd.
December 2009 Established Comrades Co., Ltd.
July 2011 Nihon Aim Co., Ltd. and Fine Stage Co., Ltd. merged. (Nihon Aim is the surviving company.) ComLeading Co., Ltd. and ComRades Co., Ltd. merged. (ComLeading is the surviving company.)
